It’s deemed as one of fashion’s biggest nights. The 2015 Met Gala featured a guest list containing house hold names such as George Clooney, Rhianna, Kelly Slater, Kanye West and many more. This year’s event celebrated the museum’s “China: Through The Looking Glass” exhibition with guests sporting extravagant outfits to match. Mountain Productions is proud to have been involved with this event, providing the understructure to a 35′ tall chinoiserie vase that marked the entrance to the Met Gala.
With truss towers and corner blocks, our structure was then carefully assembled with the scenic framework and panels to finish the centerpiece. Take a look below at some pictures of this unique build.
