[EVENT RECAP] The 57th Presidential Inauguration

Mountain Productions is proud to have been a part of the 57th Presidential Inauguration in Washington DC. This is the second Inauguration in a row that Mountain has set up at, offering some of the same services provided at the 56th Inauguration.

Although the weather conditions were not the most ideal (just take a look at the pictures below), setup was timely, safe and in accordance with the government’s security regulations and policies. The equipment set up for the Inauguration included cable bridges, banner bridges and a press riser.

The truss banner bridges were constructed over various streets surrounding the event location. Custom made and printed softgoods were hung on the bridges to identify which “Gate” visitors were approaching. The event tickets were color coordinated and corresponded to the different colored banner gates. This helped navigate and control foot traffic and easily allow visitors to access their viewing area.

Below are some pictures of the press riser. Although a bit muddy, the riser stood its ground and proved to be a safe and stable structure. Our structures are able to be modified and customized, and each piece is tailored specifically for each client.
