Commencement Season is here
Each year Mountain Productions is proud to be a part of numerous college commencement exercises around the country. This year we were happy to serve The University of Massachusetts, The University of Pennsylvania, Hofstra University, Johns Hopkins University, and Bloomsburg University.
The Big Move
Recently Mountain Productions completed one of it largest in house fabricated builds. G-2 Arsenal, an outdoor shooting range in Picatinny NJ asked Mountain Productions to design and build sets of truss with hanging steel plates to it above the range as a trap to stop stray shots from leaving the range. Each section of truss was over 30 ft in length and nearly 10 ft tall. Once assembled the truss will span over 120 ft across the range.

2009 Presidential Inauguration
With millions watching all over the world, Mountain Productions was proud to be a part of this year's historic Presidential Inauguration. Providing over 15 truck loads of equipments, banner bridges, nearly 15,000 ft of bike rack, and the main three story press riser next to the presidential podium, Mountain Productions was one of the major vendors for the week's events.
New Years 2009 Times Square
For 13 years Mountain Productions has been the staging provider for the New Years Eve Ball drop in Times Square. For this year's ball drop, Mountain Productions built four structures including the main press raiser, the NBC, and Nivea performing stages, as well as the audience riser near the Countdown North stage. All structures were built using our scaffold system and covered with custom printed scrims.

Ryder Cup, September 15th - 20th, 2008

As part of the 37th Annual Ryder Cup in Louisville, KY, Mountain Productions provided a stage consisting of our Super Mega Truss tower system. The stage featured a custom facade, and was used for both opening and closing ceremonies, as well as several events in between.

CALVIN KLEIN 40th, September 7th, 2008

For Calvin Klein's 40th Anniversary, Mountain Productions built a temporary structure in a vacant lot in the lower east side consisting of a hybrid of our tower and scaffold systems.
The structure then was finished with drywall, light fixtures, restrooms and other accoutrements to be a complete building.

2008 Fair Season

Each year Mountain Productions provides staging installations for many local and state fairs across the United States.
In 2008 Mountain Productions was proud to be a part of more then seven state fairs, including the Delaware State Fair, the New Mexico State Fair, the New York State Fair, and many others.

Papal Visit to the United States, April 17-20, 2008

Mountain Productions was proud to be the staging provider for the 2008 visit of His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI to the United States in April of 2008. Mountain Productions provided three unique stages for three events; masses at the new Nationals' stadium in Washington, DC and Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY and staging for the Papal Youth Rally at Saint Joseph's Seminary in Yonkers, NY.
