Probably better.\u201d <\/em><\/h3>\n<p>This quote from WayHome\u2019s website captures a feeling that many of us can relate to, and the <strong>WayHome Music &amp; Arts<\/strong> festival is all about stepping away from the screen and finding inspiration in music, art, and film. The three-day festival takes place at Burls Creek in Oro-Medonte, Ontario and 2016 marked its second annual event. WayHome hosts a variety of musical genres, including indie, folk, electronic and more. Fans flocked to Burls Creek to see headliners LCD Soundsystem, Arcade Fire, and The Killers along with over 60 additional acts on three different stages throughout the festival grounds.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mountainproductions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/wayhome-blog-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4456\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mountainproductions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/wayhome-blog-1.jpg\" alt=\"WayHome Truss Grid Stage\" width=\"1008\" height=\"668\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mountainproductions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/wayhome-blog-1.jpg 1008w, https:\/\/www.mountainproductions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/wayhome-blog-1-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mountainproductions.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/wayhome-blog-1-768x509.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1008px) 100vw, 1008px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mountain Productions built multiple stages and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mountainproductions.com\/staging\/support\/vip.php\" target=\"_blank\">giant VIP area<\/a> for the second year in a row at the WayHome Music &amp; Arts festival. Our crew built a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mountainproductions.com\/staging\/grids\/truss.php\" target=\"_blank\">Thomas truss roof grid<\/a> with scaffold wings in the tented area at the event that was 36\u2019 tall with a 42\u2019 wide opening.
