Mountain Productions is proud to announce the dates for our 2009 Hoist School. Mountain Productions' Annual CM Hoist School is the only seminar of its kind. For nearly 25 years, Mountain Productions and Columbus McKinnon have joined to offer this comprehensive 4-day seminar concerning not only hoist use, but proper maintenance, rigging and lifting techniques, as well as truss management.

Tuition will be announced soon, and includes:

Four days of seminars, four nights of accommodations, transportation between the hotel and our facility, four lunches, three dinners, handbooks, supplies, and a certificate of attendance from Columbus McKinnon.

THE STORY BEHIND THE HOIST SCHOOL BUS

Mountain Productions was looking for an iconic image to promote our Hoist School when we stumbled across the bus. Since the inception of hoist school, we have used school buses to transport our attendees from the hotel to the seminar, to dinner and to nightly entertainment.

Speaking with some of our past attendees, it seems that they relate the school to these same yellow school buses. It made perfect sense. Well, to us.
